Needle punched nonwoven felt made from polyester fibers. Wide area of application in residential, commercial, and industrial areas where heavy duty carpets are required. These needle punched carpets can either undergo the PU/ PVC backing or the intense chemical back coating.

Most of the carpets used in exhibitions are plain however, the structured carpets are one of the major solutions that we provide all our customers.The needle punching looms are heavily equipped with the better cooling systems. Unlike other carpets such as tufted carpets or rugs, needle punching nonwoven carpets are mechanically bonded where the needles penetrated the fibers and entangles them together to form a felt.
