Aerodynamic also called airlaying utilize the aerodynamic principle which results in three-dimensional fiber orientation and total randomization. The air forming system is composed of a series of different fiber treatment sections, which performs different tasks on the fibers. A series of switch units allow to enable or exclude each section; in this way the machine adjustment for the process of different fiber types and web weights is particularly easy and fast.
