The Nonwoven velour machine is for giving the velour finish in the fabric. The machine consists of brushes which is crucial in getting the fur effect. The machine is one of the parts of Nonwoven. The structure of the machine is heavily designed with aluminum plates for brush holdings. The shaft in the machine has been with the most balanced technology. The proportion of the needle penetration and the stroke length is being controlled by the PLC and confirming the precise velouring.

The brushes are is equipped in a special velour brush apron/ Lattice. They are fixed on aluminum rails and the aluminum rails are connected with special belts. The brush apron moves on an adjustable belt which assists in continuous brushing and laterally aids in penetration of needles . It is useful for producing automotive/ exhibition velour carpets.
